A plant-milk maker is the single biggest upgrade you can make to your oat milk habit. It replaces the carton entirely: oats and water in, fresh milk out in a couple of minutes, with no gums, no seed oils and no recycling pile. The catch is that the good ones cost as much as a decent espresso machine, and the differences between them are not obvious from the marketing pages.
